We collect minimal data. Most of our tools work entirely in your browser and require no personal information.

• No account required: We do not require user registration or login.
• No personal data: We do not collect names, emails, addresses, or phone numbers.
• Tool usage: Text you enter into tools is processed locally in your browser unless using AI features.
• IP addresses: Temporarily used for rate limiting on AI tools (see below).

Our AI-powered tools (Hook Generator, Title Generator, Grammar Fixer, etc.) send your prompts to Google's Gemini API for processing.

• Prompts are transmitted securely via HTTPS.
• Google may store and process prompts according to their privacy policy.
• We do not store your prompts or AI outputs on our servers.
• Rate limiting (5 requests per IP per day) helps prevent abuse.

Minimal cookies used:

• Theme preference: Stored in localStorage (not cookies) to remember dark/light mode.
• No tracking cookies: We do not use Google Analytics or other tracking cookies at this time.
• Rate limit data: Stored temporarily to enforce daily limits on AI tools.

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini API: Powers our AI tools. Subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: Hosting and edge functions. May collect basic server logs.
• Upstash Redis: Used for rate limiting data storage.

GDPR Compliance: As we collect minimal personal data, most GDPR rights apply automatically. You have the right to:

• Know what data we collect (this policy explains it)
• Request deletion of any stored data
• Opt out of any future data collection

CCPA Compliance: We do not sell personal information. We do not share data with third parties for business purposes beyond what is necessary to operate our services.
